Our annual audits ensure that procedures are continually questioned and reviewed both internally and externally.
Pivotal to quality provision is the support and input of all our employees and the continual evolution of management and communication e.g.
- monthly ISO 9001 meetings, involving different personnel from a variety of departments, ensure processes are thoroughly explored periodically
- the mapping of gne's whole process by a Director (1 month project) has created the '11-point service plan' to improve service quality and operational effectiveness across the organisation
