Quality Policy

The company recognises that critical to its continued succes is the commitment to providing its customers with products and service that consistently conforms to their requirements in all respects.

This philosophy is the foundation of its Quality System, which is based in its four absolutes of quality as follows:

  1. The definition of quality is conformance to requirements
  2. Quality is everybody's business
  3. The gne standard for quality is zero defects - do it right first time, on time, every time
  4. The cost of non-conformance is 'cold hard cash'

To achieve the above philosophy the company has developed a Quality Management System as a means of ensuring that products meet specified requirements, which is outlined in the Quality Manual and detailed in the supporting Quality System Procedures.

These processes have met the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and are revised to continually improve effectiveness and adapt to gne and gne's customers changing requirements.
