We have sent out our annual customer survey, its time to see what our customers have to say...

During the year our customer service team, with the backing of the entire business, help and support over 400 account managers.
Every year we like to try and obtain some feedback about our service, product and how we can improve in the future.
It is vital for any business to understand the service levels the customer wants and also where they may wish to raise the level even higher - if possible!
