Litho Overprinting
Overprinting is best suited to low to medium run work required within a limited timeframe. Envelopes are available from stock in a large range of standard sizes, styles and materials. Overprinted envelopes are litho printed in up to 4 colours in one pass. We have a dedicated overprinting department backed by an experienced and knowledgeable team.
We also overprint bespoke envelopes through our in-house facilities. This involves manufacturing of the base stock on site at gne, then overprinting your design, enabling bespoke products to be delivered within the same timescale as stock overprint products.

Flexographic
Our flexographic production capabilities provide a high speed, low cost solution to large volume and bespoke requirements. Our flexographic printing technology includes on-line cutting, printing and converting, directly from reel to printed envelope in one process.

Flat Sheet Litho
Flat sheet litho offers the ultimate in quality and design flexibility. We offer over 400 envelope sizes using our existing stock of envelope cutters or by ordering new sizes to your specification. In addition we offer a range of special window shapes and sizes, either from our existing stock of knives or to your own specific requirements.
Flat sheet litho is the most versatile envelope production process, offering the widest range of paper types, printing options, bespoke opaque's and unusual windows.
